We stay in touch with the entrepreneurs for up to 2 years in order to collect impact data instead of information (number of jobs created, revenue, investment raised, prizes received, etc.) to measure the true extent of the impact generated with your program.

United Way Metropolitan Dallas program addresses historical gaps and inequities in the North Texas social innovation sector. It supports early-stage social ventures led by women and people of color, focusing on Education, Income, and Health solutions for pressing local issues.

Visa Mentorship Program

Diversity Equity and Inclusion| Employee Engagement
Visa Inc. designed a corporate volunteering program where employees became mentors to founders from underrepresented groups creating small and micro-businesses. The objective of the program is to promote economic development and growth in collectives who normally wouldn’t have access to support and resources whilst providing an engaging mentorship opportunity for Visa Inc. employees.

Diversity Equity and Inclusion
The AARP Foundation launched an entrepreneurship program to support adults over 50 from low-income backgrounds as they developed successful businesses with the objective to build a future without senior poverty.
