- Negotiate the terms of financing, intellectual property and governance
We’ll start by defining your innovation goals, the milestones we should achieve on our way to reaching them and the calendar that best works for you. We’ll define together the selection criteria for both entrepreneurs and mentors in order to scout and find exactly what you need.
Headhunt the innovators you need through internal scouting, our network of partners, and digital campaigns. We’ll find the startups and mentors you’d partner perfectly with.
We’ll help you identify & select the local ecosystem players that want to scale their outreach. With both our know-how of the global entrepreneurship ecosystem and all our local partners around the world we’ll build the perfect program to reach your objectives.
We’ll onboard entrepreneurs and mentors and they’ll use the matching tool for an optimized & organic connection process. Before they start the entrepreneurial journey we’ll make sure they both meet several people and select who they want to work with for the duration of the program.
It’s important that they see how they can add value to each other but also be sure that they’d enjoy working together.
The teams will have access to the 8 incubation tools that guide them in creating a validated business plan and with the support of their mentors they’ll resolve doubts and fears in their weekly mentorship sessions.
Our incubation managers will make sure everyone is right on track and no one is falling behind.
Startups obtain a business plan, can receive investment-readiness training and pitch it to you and your stakeholders.
You’ll be able to track who’s on track and who’s falling behind and we’ll support them all throughout the entrepreneurial journey.
Structure & define how the collaboration process will be in terms of financing, intellectual property, governance, and become a shaping force in your sector.
Your assigned incubation manager will help you understand and manage every detail of your collaboration with startups.
The facility management sector has been extremely affected by COVID19. We helped Optima, a sector leader in Spain, develop the Global Alliance of Facility Management Innovators to find the most innovative startups and apply those solutions to this industry. They selected 7 startups including UMA, a digital assistant to transform meeting culture and drive productivity. UMA pivoted their solution to the sector needs under COVID19 and is helping the facility management sector shift from a low margin, labour-based model to a more sustainable and technology-driven approach.
In the EU the building and real estate industry consumes 20% of available water, having a direct effect in the increase of residuals and pollution. This is one of the many challenges that Via Celere wanted to solve when launching the ‘Future Cities’ program with us and Ashoka Spain. Bluengin is one of the selected startups that promote the sustainable use of water, and develops tools that allow the integral management of the water cycle in communities.
Boehringer Ingelheim (BI) understood early on that the world is changing fast and the health sector is no exception. Digital solutions are opening up new opportunities for health professionals. humanITcare is one of them, an app that improves medical monitoring by objectively tracking the disease. It notifies the doctor when it detects a risk of relapse. As part of the ‘Making More Health’ program with us and Ashoka Spain, BI employees have been accompanying humanITcare and more than 30 other health innovations in the past 3 years.
