The ugly truth about the entrepreneurship ecosystem
Entrepreneurship Support Organizations (ESOs), incubators, accelerators, and other entrepreneurship support programs are mostly based in big cities, lack a high-quality digital structure, and run their programs in-person, incurring very high operational costs.
The large budgets and no strong revenue streams make most ESOs grant dependent, hence unsustainable. The situation is so drastic that ESOs dedicate up to 85% of their resources to finding public funding, as it represents 65% of their income. This limits their ability to focus on their core: support founders to start their businesses.
With such high costs comes the scarcity in entrepreneurship support that results in only 1-5% of the entrepreneurs that apply for support actually ending up receiving it.

Program Design
Let’s design the methodology of the program to cover all the local organization’s needs. We will train and equip them to leverage and optimise an entrepreneurship support program that is both beneficial for the participants and the organization in their local ecosystems. After the program, organizations will be able to scale their reach at the same time that they reduce their costs.

Implementation Support
We manage all aspects of the program implementation with you, from launch to impact reporting. We can help you scout the local organizations, facilitate every session and provide the right methodology and technology to enhance their capacity as Entrepreneurship Support Organizations in your region of interest.

Community and Impact Evaluation
During the program, the local organizations will be meeting biweekly to share learnings and best practices, acting like a real network. At the end of the program, every organization will receive a tailor-made report with key results and learnings from their own program and you will receive a report with the aggregated results of your Ecosystem Builder Network initiative.
